have a question guys hope you can help me with it..
is that true if I open my k1 visa ( fiancée visa) process now while I wait for the parole ..the I134a would be removed automatically??? I would like to know if that s true before I take the decision

I haven’t heard anything about it being a conflict. I recently filed the I-130 for my husband and I still see the I-134A in our profile pending to be reviewed.

k1 visa fiancée takes longer than the I 134A, it is better to wait for the approval of the I 134A and when your fiancée comes to USA, you can marry him.

I can’t say that it’s not true however I am not sure that your previous form will be removed but believe me the I-134A will be approved before your k1 visa, it takes too much time unfortunately 🤦🏽♀️

@Sandra Deriphonse I live in DR boo ... is just in case since we don't know yet what will be the decision I have to be ready ... i have faith I will receive positive email but the judgment is right in the corner ..we just have to pray ... I was thinking about moving to Mexico but my fiancée prefer to fill the k1 visa
