Has someone here in the community ever tried with a Writ of Mandamus threatening letter before?
Hello community! I'm considering to send a Writ of Mandamus threatening letter. My case is out of processing time and I already did inquiries, wrote to Ombudsman, Congressman. My PD is 4/13/2022, My I-130 was approved 2 years ago and no interview scheduled. I had RFE for medical exams and I sent them on August 14th. What else is USCIS waiting for to scheduled an Interview or approved my case??

you can sue on your own, and much cheaper, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Another friend tried Intent To Sue with Mandamus copy attached to it, and mail it all to proper channels, and it worked, she got response within 20 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people.
