Has everyone expedite pending 485 due to family issues.
Hi members!
has anybody any experience of expediting pending 485?
last night I just did request by congressman to expedite my i 485 which being pending 28/12/2020.
also I attached my mom medical issue report and let them know if you need more documents, I am able to send them more.
do you think they can help me for that ?

Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

I sent them everything, when I first filed I put over 40 photos of me and my wife in the envelope that I sent to them.
