Has Emma been working for you?
I’ve been trying to get answers from Emma but were unable to. The system changed and it’s hard to get in contact with agents. Has this happened to you too?

@ron n yes, I do, but the system changed and now it’s more complicated to connect with an agent and once connected most times they don’t respond

I was able to talk to the agent but I was told that they didn't have access to information about case transfer etc

I had very difficult experience with Emma, whenever i connect to live agent, never got an answer on case status. @Huzaifa Hasan what is info pas?
