i got update few days ago, case is still being working to USCIS

i got mine through c08 i applied both c14 but yesterday they approved it 🥲

@Alisher Hamdamov how did get it through C08 ? could you explain what's your PD. Did you have DA?

i went to my lawyer and siad lets apply it throught c09 even tho my PD was october 2024 and then my lawyer checked and saw that i had asylum clock cause i was interviewed when i was in detention back in 2023 and asylum officer applied for asylum for me. I never applied for asylum and it has been granted yester day i checked and i saw that they approved it i could get my EAD like 2 years ago but i didn’t know that 😭😭 But Finally Im gonna get it soon)
