Has anyone requested expedition for I-131 but the expedition got denied?
What I’m wondering is how long it took you to receive advance parole (not thru expedition, but thru their regular timeline) after getting denied for the expedite request?

There are a lot of service request for expedited AP but normally gets denied because its within the timeline or the justification was not really so relevant

my request for expedite was sent the office processing my case over 3 months thy arent able to decide its called S…..T service from uscis

Yeah I’ve had 3 denials! and lost my job because of it. When GC’s are taking less time than the AP, it’s a complete breakdown in the system and really negates the whole purpose of it
