has anyone received EAD i 765 who filed between July and August?
I applied on Aug 7 for Eb1a based i 485 and i 765 for my dependent. I wanted to check if uscis is giving EAD faster as they have stopped working on india cases since aug 29.

@mona mona, EAD is independent of other benefits. So, I don't see why stopping the processing of Indian cases would impact it.

@mona mona Thanks for sharing! did you file I-765 on it’s own? Or you filed it with I-485 - I’m thinking to file I-765 separately

i filed it along with i485 - just got my i765 Ead card status changed yesterday to new card is being processed - date to file was 22nd july - non indiam

18th of July along with I-485 and I-131. I-765 “card is being produced” status since 17th of Sep. I hope it is going to be a combo card 🤞

USCIS received my I-485, I-131, and I-765 application on July 17.
Aug 14 - Biometrics appointment
Aug 23 - Fingerprint capture status update
Sep 17 - EAD got approved with status “new card is being produced” since September 17.
Sep 18 - I-131 status update “Fingerprint were taken”
Sep 20 - EAD status change to “Case was Approved”
Sep 20 - EAD status change to “Card was mailed to me”

@Pc ch I applied on August 7 with I 485 and I 131 along with i 765. No updates on my EAD and my I 485 shows case remains pending.
