I did!

I just opened mine but I couldn't access my Unsolicited Evidence tab.

@JENNIE . like I mentioned in other posts I believe they really messed up their updates on the website. I can’t see any case statuses but just the title (no description of the stage where it’s at) and the document tab doesn’t allow me to upload anything… it just refreshes the page. They are using react.js for their user interface but it doesn’t look like their team is competent to deliver a stable product… would you believe it coming from them? 😂

@JENNIE . if you click F12 while you’re on their page, it will open a « developer console » where you have multiple tabs including « console » and that’s where it shows all the errors generated during the page load or any actions you do on it!

@John Smith for me it opens a second page but nothing else, it won’t allow me to attach anything. I think our cases reach a stage that they don’t want us to add anything else at this time.

I think 🤔 is a website upgrade or error.

@JENNIE . it is! I’m a software engineer and that’s my job! it upsets me when people don’t even test what they deliver. I get 47 errors and that’s I think why nothing works since Monday
