@Ellie Bdy got approved on August 28th as well! also never heard of any response on the two service request :( let’s keep posted if anything improves.

I got approved 2 times one in November 2022 no documents I called uscis like 30 times and in juin again my i131 got approved but no documents so when I call uscis they told me to make a new application

I have 2 approved notices😂😂 but no advance parole

@eb3 skilled my I131 was approved Aug 25. I received my I-765 previously. So, I was waiting for I-512L (actual AP). After waiting for a month and chasing with Emma Live agent, I asked my congressman for a help. After 2 weeks I received my AP.

@Bob Zeiger reached congressman for help as well and they provided me the link for requesting missing documents via creating case, but there is already an open case for this issue. hope they will further help and will receive AP soon 🙏

@manil h if i am understanding correctly you got approved twice and still no AP - that’s even weirder. I don’t understand why you had to make a new application when you had an already approved application

@eb3 skilled I filled missing document request in September, but didn’t receive it. Only, after congressman involvement I got one. I also got second I-797 approval notice and after a week got an update Advanced Parole document was produced.

i think the Advance parole comes with the same EAD card. its says it in the bottom of the card.

yes my lawyer is trying to get a copy of my advance parole from uscis

@Bob Zeiger hope will be able to get congressman on this. is there anything specific you followed in your reach with congressman?

@Astrid Matheus I believe it is only if you get approved both at the same time, then you get what is called combo card like you mentioned

@manil h same here, but they are also trying to reach uscis via calling I guess as we do as applicants, so nothing came out of it yet

@eb3 skilled nothing special. I mentioned that I-512L is missing 1.5 months after approval.
