@ Ngan Nguyen...It is crazy. My application is out of processing time and I waited to put in a service request as they would not accept it before. Submitted it two weeks ago and the agent said I would hear something back in 30 days. They sent that response today.

I submitted a inquiry on the 29 of January my case is over the processing time I got a email from uscis about the 90 days wait and I am waiting on that 1-824 form to be approved from July 28 ,2022 and it’s at the NBC

try reaching out to your congressman so they can intervene. If they get the same answer, i suggest to get a lawyer and file a writ of mandamus

It is just crazy as I have already done the interview, the I130 and EAD were already approved.
