@n a it says 80% of cases are done within 15 months at my field office but that’s not true because it’s been over 2 years since I filed

@n a uscis got my RFE on Oct 13th this year, 130 & 485 approved already, my lawyer told me to wait for 60 days and they we’ll talk to someone and if nothing comes after that, we gonna sue them

@jet blue that’s crazy, I had my interview 6 months after I filed, but they might just waive your interview, I seen a lot of ppl getting their interviews waived, I hope & pray we all get approved soon, we all tired & frustrated with uscis bullshit 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
