I woke up with an email from USCIS local field office of Jacksonville FL !
they confirm that my case has completed the pre-processing checks !!!
they say that I still have the opportunity to to submit additional evidence to support my case.
they also say that during their review a Service Officer will determine whether they waive my interview completely!!!! & approve my case!!!!
I AM BEYOND HAPPY!!!!

my case is currently at jax filed office since last 4 months and I received the same email also 4 months ago nothing yet jax they are very slow on processing

hopefully you hear soon! best of luck. I have hope that I-130/485 gets approved within the estimated timeframe of 11-13 months so we still have time !

@n a I got the same email from my Orlando FO 2 days ago. Also stating I can mail or deliver in person my medical, which I will do on Tuesday. I'm praying this is it🤞🏾
