@gegen press It should be LA. but seems like my 485 is still at NBC according to telephone agent. I’m not really sure though since they say different thing every time.

@Alma Nieto 5 years!? Are you in the US? You should sue USCIS. It’s unreasonably long.

@Lau L Did you file to NBC? Something is wrong with them. Now website says official processing time is 10 months. that’s totally BS 😤

@Tina C yes NBC, I think the same something is wrong with them! Yesterday I spoke to an agent trough Emma and they said I am within processing time until September 19 so after that I can make a service request, but on Monday will be already 11 months and processing time says now 10 months. So I don’t know what to do. 😔

@Lau L You should file a service request now! I filed mine when my case became 11 months old. it’s been a month already and no reply from USCIS though… I’m gonna file another service request on Monday. I’ll keep bothering them until I get approved 😤

@Tina C Yes I already filed a request two weeks ago but still no replies, I might have to do another one! Hope we get answers soon and approved 🙏🏼

@Lau L Nothing. I just got a reply from USCIS through my congressman, but it didn’t help at all. The reply was “We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed.” I don’t know what to do at this point.

@Tina C I understand, it is very frustrating to have no information or updates. Did you try talking with Tier 2 agents when calling to USCIS?

@Lau L I know right! the reply from them is just like auto reply. How can you reach out to tier 2 agent??

@Tina C I have read here that someone has talk to Tier 2, so I tried to talk to them when I called a few days ago but the agent told me that first I have to wait for the 30 business days that uscis reply to my inquiry so I will try again

@Lau L So if it’s 30 days passed service request, they will connect you to tier2 agent. I didn’t ask for tier 2 agent when I filled my second service request. I should have tried.

@Tina C You should call uscis and ask to speak to Tier 2 officer due financial hardship

@Lau L I’ll try next time! I just talked to my lawyer, but she says I should make an infopass appointment and go to the field office to ask them what’s going on. I’m not sure if the phone agent let me make an appointment though…
