Had my interview yesterday
Good morning y’all, I had my i485 interview yesterday. I was asked my name, DOB, if I was inspected by an officer coming to the US which was yes. Then she proceed to ask how I met my wife and if I was divorce and I gave her the divorce document. Then she asked my kids age and I made some corrections about dates on my form. Then she went to yes or no question and made me sign at the end and she said “She will check if any red flag and if there’s none she will send me a favorable decision”. So patiently waiting on their decisions 😉

@victory !!! Divorce not necessary but the thing is it’s advisable because she asked if I was with her and request the divorce document. I feel like they think if anyone after your life nothing should tie you both 😂

@victory !!! Easiest of it all. Go to the court house with 250.00$ seek an uncontested divorce you will fill forms and drop her address then pay 50.00$ for Sheriff to serve her at her address and she will sign it which is Acknowledgment of Service and that’s it y’all will have hearing even if she doesn’t show Uk the fact she’s signed that will grant you your divorce
