H4B renewal with pending I485
Hello All,
Do you know if I need to renew my son’s H4 visa while we’re waiting for I485 approval? He is in a college though.
In other words, would be any issue staying with expired H4 visa pending 485 approval?

I485 process is now slow, I think, that while you are waiting for your I485 visa to be approved, you should make an extension for H4 visa, in my case my driver's license is expires along with my H4, therefore I need an extension for H4.
