yes! If your friend has I 140 approved, your friend can apply for h4 ead after h4 approval. Also, can you share your friends timeline and the centre?. I had applied for h4 and h4 ead in te as centre back in October and bio in November but no news yet. I will get some idea if you share your friend’s timeline
