H4 + H4 EAD (first time) , receipt date 12/23/20 , biometrics completed 5/5/21 , no further update.. expedite request denied twice

expedited with USCIS but they denied my request. called customer service center

I put a new one, They denied my request in 5 hours. This makes me think they might be working on my case. Lets see. My senator submitted request last week

I put a new one last Friday and it got denied on Monday within 3 hours of showing received.

it was EAD pending for I 485. I contacted the senator 3 weeks ago. starting 2 weeks ago all my expedites started to get denied within 3 hours. reason was does not meet expedite criteria. I had tier 2 call back last week. not sure what helped. I would say try scheduling a tier 2 call back and explaining your situation. Riaise SRs. Good luck !

Hi Princy, did you provide any envidence to USCIS? did they send you an email for the support documents? Or your senator helps you to provide the envidence? USCIS denide me twice. And nothing from senator. My case will expire within a week. I am 485 pending renew my EAD

I applied for H4 and H4 EAD extension in November 2021. I created an expedite request last week but it got denied. Should I wait for some more time before contacting my state's senator? What justification did you provide for expediting request through senator?
