Congrats! Did you expedite it? Also, I’m wondering what’s the normal processing times for your category.
Gopibabu SrungavarapuOct 20, 2021
No, I didn’t expedite. I have no idea about general time USCIS taking to process H4 and H4 EAD.

is H4 a spouse of H1B?
Gopibabu SrungavarapuOct 20, 2021
yes

Oh you are very lucky! Because on USCIS’s website it said it takes 8.5 to 12 months!

Congrats. That was soo quick. Almost it's been 9 months and there is no update in my case.

Which office was processing the case?? 4 months is exceptionally quick in comparison to most cases!!

Congratulations! This is a very exceptional case. No offense to you. It looks like what they are saying "we are processing a queue first in first out basis" is probably a LIE. Waiting for 7 months, lost my job and still, they keep denying my expedite requests! Only USCIS and God know how they process! They created a trauma I will never forget. This situation reminded me of the 3rd world country I came from, unfortunately. USCIS is just unfit for this first-world country. Beyond Frustrated.
