H1B salary is higher than offered commissions for this job
My employer has offered me 90k salary with benefits, he filed H1B LCA at higher salary 100k plus. Now employer is asking me to pay them back owed money. Is it legal? Employer never informed me that I would have to pay them money back if I don’t make enough money as per the commissions bonuses to match with LCA wages.
What should I do? They abusing me and now asking to pay them back 20,000$.#h1b #employment #wage #legal

I think they just trying to scared me. I’m filing a complaint with DOL . and I’ll fuck them up.
