H1B COS premium processing delay
My H1B COS (cap-exempt, university) was upgraded to premium processing on March 27, 2026.
It’s now over 15 business days and still no update (no RFE, no approval).
Has anyone experienced premium processing delays recently?
How many days did it take for you to get a decision after going beyond 15 business days?
