H-2B Validity
Hi everybody,
I'm currently in a H2B visa until the end of July,
But my work is giving me 3 days off a week and the paycheck and desecrated substantially, so I asked if they could let me go earlier so I can travel and see my GF inside the US but they said that from whenever I sign the end of the contract doesn't matter how long my visa says that I can stay I have to count 10 days from that moment and then I need to leave the country.
So I would like to leave my job the 11th of June, following this rule I should leave the country the 21th but I have the ticket for the 29th, it's the manager telling me this so I don't know if they are lying this to keep me there until the end (I know they wanna do this) so I'm here asking you is this true or I just need to follow whatever last date I have written in my Visa?
