ACTIVELY REVIEWING FOR THE 2ND TIME SINCE JANUARY 24 AND NOTHING.
My question is, WHAT WILL MORE LIKELY HAPPEN TO MY CASE SINCE I HAD TO REFILE?

yes...I had the medical but I blame my attorney for not submitting.

omgggg so sorry that happen to you! some attorney are really bad! you could get your interview waived when they ask for i693 rfe, but attorneys are never update, don’t really know what’s going on with them. I literally had to argue with my husband Attorney too when my husband got a rfe! sometimes we know more that what they know 🤦♀️

Honestly, the way I see thgs going on this app, if my medical had gone in last Juky, my case would have been completed and approved from last August.

Bro, she wasted me to pay the refiling fees but I was adamant about not paying. I let her know that it was her incompetence that caused my case to be denied. She paid all the refiling fees, that's why my i485 case is only 6 months old.
