August 2020 is 37 months. According to their website, your case is processing normally and you can inquire about it in April 2024. I would wait until at least the end of 2023 before doing anything drastic.

@Kay Kay I don’t have work permit my license is a CDL cause I lost my wallet in a accident I sent a replacement since January nothing congress nothing expedited request nothing now I just try 7001 form nothing so that’s my life
