do you mean you started with them In September and they are yet to submit your application? did they give you any specific reason as to why there is a delay? also before you paid them what timeframe did they tell you it’ll take for them to submit your application? this is Feb, that’s over 5month…. that’s too long I think, I’ll suggest you speak to them about it or look for a new lawyer if you have not pad so much.

your attorney will work in your case for 8 month before submitting it to uscis. if someone does it in 2 month run.

if the attorney make you do fingerprints that take time to return. plus they have to get the case together, before send in it. they have yo be sure they are sending all of the requirements. do they take their time, wich is positive..

don’t do that those lawyers are stealing your money and and they playing with you. feb 2024 i called that famous lawyer in nyc shes pakistani. they took 200$ and they said you will wait 6 months so we can prepare the i-360 and the fee is 12k. two months later i sent everything on my own no rfe and 3 primafacie at the moments. only i-131 was dined because i had a valid one from 2023. don’t overthink there is a lot of youtube videos you can do it on your own
