Guys please help I-130 Approved but I-485 Denied
My mom entered in the us by cbp one, my sister is a US Citizen, she filed I-130 and I-485 for her. Last Friday I-130 approved and I-485 denied. I chart with with a live agent, he said “ the I-485 it not has been denied due to the way she came in to the US and I have to wait the denial notice in the mail”. On the document tab still now I can’t see the Denial notice. Account says case closed and history account says case denied, the document only has 2/2 (acceptance notice and the biometric notice). I don’t understand how they can deny a case without RFE, nothing. 5 days still can’t see the notice. Please help me guys.

@LN Asylee sorry to hear. Contact an attorney.. Try to get the denial letter it has all the information. you also can filed FIOA/CBP to see your mother's entry records. All the Best!🙏
