I think when you don’t need to worry about I130 now! mine got denied and later after two years my vawa approved

@Battle Begins your vawa lawyer is right! now your focusvisn i360 and I485 and abeyance letter is good it will keep pending your i485 if you are lucky and you will still having your EAd you can use it every time until you get your I360 approval
