I filed Sept 5. I'm hoping and praying so hard. my case still says "being g actively reviewed as of Sept 5" and time-frame processing says "taking longer than expected"
How did yours appear shortly before the decision? Please share.

@Angelia B it really depends on the filed office and I’m not sure if you’re with NBC too but there’re many factors you need to consider and every case is different. I’ve been married for almost 4years now and I got a kid. So, there’s no point for them to put me in an interview and doubt legitimacy of my case.
However, the case was come to decision in average wait time though according to Lawfully stat.
