greencard card approved!!!!!!!!!!
I received an email from my FO for RFE medical request Sep 9 to send it in by Sept 24. I got it all done as quick as I possibly could and drove 6hrs to drop the sealed envelope to my FO today. No RFE hard copy was needed (didnt get this in the mail either and decided to submit without it and take my chance). GC was approved 2 hours later!!!!! finally the wait is over😊

i only received my ead card ten days ago, I did not submit anything extra for it. I have read that some people submit their medical at time of 485 and dont get an rfe request later. If you have an attorny check with them first, I really cant say! i did not even have my medical ready had to scramble and books doctor applintments and wait a week for all test results.

i got rfe medical on 3rd aug, i sent them thru attorney on 12th aug, still waiting to hear back. USCIS called me before sending the rfe and advised me start medical process , we are sending rfe, and told me personally come and drop at field office, which is just 15 mins from my place. I followed my attorneys advice and sent via him, waiting since then patiently.😑

@vis so, yes that was a hard decision for me as well. Attorney wanted to send it but I said I think I will do this part myself to save time and they were okay with it. I was nervous because I got no receipt or anything when I dropped it off

@vis so also did you try calling the number/officer who called you? I replied to the officer via email that just FYI I dropped off the envelope

no i did not call on same number but will try, i had chat with live agent twice within past 12 days and they gave me different updates. looks these L1 agents doesn't have right updates.
