@j z you know what, my status been Case remain pending twice, and it's been CRP since sept 2022. Then when my PD is current, I did a request on Nov 1st and they begun to work on my files again. you should do a request, call uscis and do the expedite with the financial loss reason. Do something to get it moved guys

try to call them or try to write a request to your senator. I've heard my friends did it too, they got their GC already

khi gọi USCIS để xin expedite request ngta sẽ hỏi lí do request, kể cả request online ngta cũng có 1 cái khung hỏi lí do tại sao request. hợp lí thì nó mới process case của mình. cái financial loss với medical condition thuộc lí do nhân đạo, chứng minh giấy tờ thì hên xui, ngta đòi thì đưa, k đòi thì thôi
