@kimberly yes i485 still says “interview scheduled” and i130 says “case has to be reviewed” let’s hope for the best. it is well🙏🏻🙏🏻

USCIS usually they waive interview for parents. It should be all good.

my parents had their interview February 16 and they received a paper that said “under review” yesterday the status for the i130 changed to approved but i485 still says “interviewed scheduled”

@kimberly are they from Mexico? my parents are Mexican not sure if that has anything to do with the wait. we’re in Arizona

@vee mar yes they are from mexico and they came over here to the US over 20 years ago. All I've been told is that Uscis is backlogged , so cases are taking a lot longer than usual to be processed :( All we can do is wait. We're in California , in LA. Let me know if you get any update soon 🙏🏻

Ok, great my daughter is very busy with her medical program

and is always stressed

about her course

when will you have your interview ?

no idea still waiting the only messsge I had from them was to keep medicals ready not to send but bring it if interview was needed they would let me know or they would give me instructions where to send the medicals
