go to your USPS center in your zone and ask them

I went there they couldn’t find it in the system

go to the nearest post office and ask for the mail, if not found contact uscis

@mo mo people here say they send the GC with Track number. Do you have the number?

When USCIS states that card was sent. You have to wait for the message which has USPS tracking number.

@mo mo speak to your mail person. When I sent all my documents to the lawyer it suppose to get on her address on the next day, but it got her house in 3 weeks 😬 She said the USPS every now and then makes some mistakes.
