I just got approved today. No interview. They sent in a request of evidence of marriage in December. I replied them on Monday and got approved today. Just try to provide enough proof of marriage. Everything they request for

@holy christy God's own PD doesn’t matter if you getting green card through US citizen Spouse.

@Gaurav Kaul I think it does cos Emma told me that my case as been transferred to Atlanta FO and I haven't heard anything since I submitted my medical rfe 5months ago. my PD is March 15th

RFE I got in December was basically my medicals, affidavit from families testifying to knowledge of of our marriage, proof of us living together, our child with his birth certificate, bank statements of our joint account, my life insurance and proof of her and my son as beneficiaries, our car insurance, lots of pictures in the public. my credit card statements with her as a co holder.

@holy christy God's own I mean if it does matter then 2023 cases will not adjudicated first before 2022 or 2021 Cases

@Gaurav Kaul you're right, we don't understand what their criteria for approval is seriously because there are a lot of dec 2023 and Jan 2023 cases that I have seen them approve recently. I'm just so broken into many pieces cos the wait is so depressing 😭

It’s never too much. The more you give them the better I guess.
