I’ve been seeing others who applied around the same time as me get approved but I haven’t heard anything. Tried talking to a live agent but they said if the case gets transferred I’ll get notified. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do? Should I try calling them instead of chat?

@milena t-p I have the same timeline as yours. Still waiting, I already talked with them twice . Nothing much they are going to tell you. ONLY GOING TO TELL THAT “THEY ARE ACTIVELY REVIEWING YOUR CASE”. Be positive and be patient. Your turn is coming soon…. Good luck
