Green card processing time question
Does anyone know if processing asylum-bases green cards takes less time when medicals are submitted at the time of filing?

it doesn’t matter because you HAVE TO APPLY WITH MEDICALS.
but yes it does,since they dont have ti send you RFE, you dont have to respond which can cause delays or they can miss it and ither ba situations. good luck

Lol not necessarily. My spouse sent it after me and without medicals and got the gc in 6 months, while mine is a complete packet with medicals pending for 16 months already with no movement.
