green card renewal with I-751 form
I’m going through a rough situation, I got married and got the greencard but we’re getting divorced cause it did not work out. I have to file I-751 form to remove the conditions and be able to renew my greencard any way, anybody has some advice?

@Dani Armengual As long as your marriage was entered in good faith and you have the significant evidence to prove it then you can file I-751 on your own.

you can request a waiver and provide evidence that it was a good faith marriages and uscis will approve it.

@Shawn M hiii what kind of waiver? we haven’t finalized the divorce, and my renewal date is pretty close so not sure what’s best
