I got papers for the not guilty dismissal letters but I don’t have anything about the guilty red light ticket @blessed & favored would I have any problems ?

you need disposition latter from court for your cases. those crimes are not listed as moral turpitude. I think you gonna be good .

@jack jag yeah I have all the disposal letters for it already submitted the copies with i485 but what I forgot is to mention that I’ve had a ticket in the past for red light which I was guilty got my point on my license although it’s all gone now

I don’t think traffic violation is an issue provided is not criminal traffic violations such as DUI. Redlight tickets will not show on your Background Check

if you’re able to bring the certified court documents for anything you have on your name. or in your red light ticket case- proof that you followed through on everything they asked for- payment / classes etc. because YES, if they ask you in your interview and you don’t bring it to light, they’ll think you were lying. I was asked if I was ever arrested, convicted or ticketed ? in one question. my answer was yes - but it was dissmissed at the end. ( here are my certified court documents to show it was dismissed) if you get asked the same question- your answer could be yes, here is my certified court documents AND here is proof of payment and/or proof of class completion for a ticket I was citted . acknowledging all categories and completion of them.
