green card question
Im still awaiting on my green card.. and I’ve been married for less then two years. is there any way that USCIS will give me a 10 year green card and not a 2 year green card… I wanted to join the military and they only accept if you have a 10 year green card :/

no, if u been married for less than 2 years they wont give u the 10 year one unfortunately

It depends on the approval time. At the the time of approval if you pass your 2 years anniversary you will receive a 10 years card.
