@Dean Murdock the same thing happened to me at first then my husband made an account and he saw that they requested on his end the bonafide proof so now we are uploading them online so make sure you check your spouse’s account as well

chat with Emma and ask for a live agent and then ask live agent for a tracking number. you might also have a tracking number on your online account
