green card holder applying for 130 form
hello guys am green card holder I applied for my wife in June 2022 i130 form and till now it’s still pending does anyone has the same issue

Yes, they are working on may 2022 it seems. But there are still lots of cases from previous months not yet approved also.

It generally takes longer for greencard holder’s petitions to get approved because they’re not naturalized citizens; it also depends on where your wife is from.
