Green Card for Derivative Asylee Children
Hello, I would like to know if my childrens who came US this July as an Derivative asylee can apply for green card? it's been 3 months they came.

they have to be here for one full year before they will be eligible to apply

Your child has to be present in the USA for at least 1 year not from the time of arrival, but from the time application will be adjudicated by USCIS. To be safe. Considering the fact they speed up those applications, I would wait 2 more months and file.
