green card expired - travel
Hi all, I need your help. A family members is a Greencard holder, he just noticed his GC is expired. I plan on helping him fill out the I-90 form. But an emergency has come up. Is there a way to travel outside the USA with a “permit” while the i-90 is in process? if so, what form should we use? - Thanks in advance. #i-90, #renewal #expired #greencard

Make an appointment with USCIS and tell then your situation and they will put a stamp on your passport for that purpose
