I-485 Timeline:
- I applied as an F1 student while working with my OPT. My husband and I were together for 8 years before we got married in 2021.
- I did not use a lawyer and prepared the entire application and materials myself. My application package was well over 400 pages with evidences of everything my husband and I could provide in the last 8 years of our relationship including the evidences regarding marriage and I really think our comprehensive application is what got us through without an interview.

@ Javi T: I hope your interview gets waived too! We have been married less than a year and do not have a child. Neither one of us is in the military. So if we were able to get approved without an interview, I wouldn't be surprised if yours gets waived as well!

@stay hopeful: sending you all my luck! I read a lot of up to date blogs and reddits and articles from boundless to prepare for my evidences and paperwork. I also read the instructions from USCIS website for each form multiple times and pretty much had them all nailed down. I didn't expedite anything along the way and the prediction time provided by the lawfully app was pretty spot on!
