I’m beyond grateful to share that my I-485 has been approved! 🙏
Here’s my timeline for anyone still waiting and needing hope:
- Priority Date: March 10, 2023
-Service Center: NBC
-Application Sent: July 10, 2025
- Biometrics Appointment: August 6, 2025
- Combo Card Approved: September 21, 2025
-Silent Update: October 26, 2025
Spoke to Emma and was told my case was transferred to the Los Angeles Field Office
- I-485 Supplement J Approved: February 10, 2026
-I-485 Approved: February 11, 2026 🎉(Also, my dependent was approved today)
After months of waiting, checking updates, and praying… I can finally sleep better at night. 🙌

May I ask why did you reach out to Emma? was that because of the silent update on October 26? or just because you considered your case was taking longer than expected? what did you ask or which options you selected to know that your case was transferred to Los Angeles Field Office?

@Cristhian Alvino I ask emma a question this question every two months lol: “can you tell me the location of my case and if there is a transfer what was the date of transfer.”.
I was anxious because I saw a silent update.

everyone telling me not to apply for travel parole as it takes a long time ,GC approve before that also there is no such thing dual or combo card like ead with travel permit and thats by immigration attorney..any one has any experience
