Nasir Moe. Yes you can but you need to wait until the USCIS sends you the RFE

Hi did you apply for Green card after completing 1 year of Asylum case approval or right away post you were granted asylum??

I applied after completing. 1 year. and I just got my green card yesterday for 10 years and it was backdated august 25th 2022. so I have to wait for 4 years to apply for N400 citizenship instead of 5 years
