my case transferred 290 days ago nj to Nebraska and still waiting. I am not sure transfer is good sign or not

Usually they transferred cases to other facilities because they are busy. Also, Nebraska is less busy. After my case was transferred, in 3 months I got my green card

mine was transferred from Texas service center to national benefit center last month.. there is no processing time on uscis website. interesting, let see.
