Green Card Approved!
We learned about the decision just four hours after the interview! This could really help me on my journey to US citizenship.

pls can you share your interview questions?
Kris ANov 18, 2021
The officer first verified the information I provided in my application form. After that, she asked the following:
- The date when I last entered the US and its purpose.
- The circumstances as to why I overstayed my tourist visa.
- Which of us proposed to get married.
- Any vacations or travel after the marriage.
She then asked a series of security questions, which I’ve already filled out but you still have to vocally sa “no, officer,” to all of them.
Here are some tips if you’re applying as a spouse:
- Prove that your marriage is not a fraud.
- Do not look at each other, even holding hands, to avoid suspicion of coaching.
- Keep the answers brief yet with enough information.
- Do not interrupt the officer while asking, even if the answers seem obvious.
