Today I received the much anticipated notification "case was approved" yaayyy. I-485 was approved for myself and my spouse without an interview (EB2-NIW).. We added our medicals to the initial application so no RFE for medicals. Best wishes to everyone still waiting 🤞🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏

Thanks Medic. I didn't file concurrently so the I-485 was filed directly at NBC. I never received any notice of transfer but when I enquired about the status of my case this Monday, I was informed that my case was transferred to the Hialeah field office on 04/08 meanwhile my field office is in New Orleans. I guess it worked for the better

Hi buelah, thanks! It took a year for I-140 to be approved. It was filed in June 2020 and approved in June 2021 at the Texas Service Center.
