green card approval but….
finally after 3 years of waiting and refreshing apps! my I-485 got approved. dependents have yet to be approved. but…. after 34 days still no change. just says approved. I’ve raised an enquiry, due a response by 12th march or I just wait longer lol has anyone seen this kind of wait after approval? also as I’m the primary, what kind of timeline for approval on the dependents? thanks.

no amendments. we filed a 601 waiver in response to the RFE. we didn’t file our medicals with the 485. maybe that added to the wait time. still no mention of card being produced.

We r hoping too ..ir priority date is January 2022 ..i think uscis is no adjucating 2021 and early 2022 dates ..we got rfe in december but status says we recieved your response

yeah fingers crossed for us all. it’s the waiting and doing nothing which is draining. refreshing apps every minute of the day. hoping for a notification.

35 days since approval and not getting any change seems weird though. I’ve spoke to the uscis a few times and they all confirmed it’s all approved. hopefully I get the note saying card produced soon.

I guess we weren’t document ready. didn’t file our medicals with the I-485. meaning we probably went on the slow pile. filed the medicals and a 601 waiver just before Christmas. so now they have everything. here’s hoping :)

40 days since approval and nothing. my I-765 got denied this week which I’m assuming is because the 485 is approved. my dependents 765 got approved and their I-131 travel doc all denied, but there I-485 are still pending. riddle me that?

I have a call with the lawyers tomorrow. hopefully they can shed some light on the situation. but from history they tell me just wait for the notices to come through.

@B.N tee well we got a rescinded letter today. stating they approved the I-485 without taking into account the I-601 waiver we filed in December. case still says approved. who knows what’s going on. uscis have a deadline of 12th march as per the service request. maybe then they will tell me something. so stressful and frustrating
