my was Gc holder after approved wait visa bulletin be currant . I did apply 8/7/21 aproved 10/5/23 .now wait for 485 . they send ref for medical . we alreday send last week

@shari Mc are you sure ? because the date for 2021 is not current yet . i applied in June 2021 and they said my case is pending because my date is not current on the bulletin. I was married to a GC holder

@bibi 01794775546 visa bulletin effect for 485 .but not 360 , they take my pd for 360 form fist marrage when my wife file for me so my pd s 7/12/12 form my fist marrage for 485

@shari Mc Hi Shari, I applied July 7,2021. I also was married to a LPR, is my green card processed automatically after my case is approved, with or without interview, or do I have to wait 2 more years, which is the current time people wait in my area for green card to be processed?
I sent the package with everything btw, I-485, I-360, Work permit and advance parole. I also sent in my medical when I applied in 2021.
That’s a question I have for a long time now because right now bulletin is not current.
