My case is very similar to yours. My priority date is June 2022, my case has been pending for almost 4 years, and my date is current too. I’m still waiting for a decision from the NBC.

Even my RFE was issued around the same time as yours.

@raja singh My priority date is June 2022, and my case had been sitting without any updates since October 2024. Then this week it updated 3 times, on May 27, 28, and 29, but the message stayed exactly the same. I’m not sure if it’s just a system update or if someone is actually reviewing the case

@raja singh today I text USCIS they told me ‘’your case is currently pending with the Baltimore field office as of 05/05/2026 no further action at this time I don’t understand what tha date means because my case was received on Baltimore offices in April so I don’t get it

@raja singh it’s about one month that they received on the Baltimore office it was on the NBC on march that I called them know what was going on and they told me is on the NBC then on April 13 I reach the congressman and they responded within 15 days and that’s the response they gave him he told me he will continue monitoring my case
